Moving your save to a new phone

Open Records, export your save, and send the file to the new phone. On the new phone, open Records and import it. Saves are not synced anywhere, so export before deleting the app.

My cafe went bankrupt

The first time cash goes below zero at close, the bank lends you $500, repaid at $25 a day. A second time ends the run. Your best days stay in Records.

Refunds

Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
